If leakage or damage to the product occurs during the delivery process, please send us an email with the following details within 48 hours of delivering the product.
- Invoice Number
- Request or Complaint Details
- Name and Address of the Customer.
Once the email has been sent, a product exchange will be arranged for any product which is returned in a saleable or undamaged condition in its original packaging, after verification of the product’s quality. Kindly allow one to three weeks from the date of package return for the exchange request to be fully processed and closed. Please send the email to email@example.com with the aforementioned details within 48 hours of receiving the package.
